Dave,

Thank you for advices. I will keep restoring of default permissions as
last step because it is production server. About "Deny logon as batch
job" right - I looked both in Local Policy on this server and in Domain
Security Policy and could not find "Deny ..." right assigned to any
account. But when I run gpresult tool on this server I have following
entries in output:

        User Rights
        -----------
...
            GPO: Default Domain Policy
                Policy:            denybatchlogonright
                Computer Setting:  N/A
...
            GPO: Default Domain Policy
                Policy:            batchlogonright
                Computer Setting:  N/A
...
---
Does that mean that "Deny logon as batch job" applied?
