Veritas' Backup Exec has an add-in for just this purpose. Desktop-Laptop
Option (DLO) installs as a service on your clients. You then setup profiles
and a shared folder on the server. Each client then backups the selected
folders (either on a schedule or real-time) to the servers share. Its an
expensive option if you don't use BE already, but a cheap add-in if you do.
