Todd,
 No, it's not running slow. I have run a scan for malware and got nothing in
response. Again, the network is running fine and task manager shows the cpu
usage well within the normal running load. Also the memory usage is normal .
However I am beginning to suspect that there is a program/process that is not
responding during logoff/shutdown. Could something like this prevent
shutdown/logoffs? Also if it is a virtual memory problem how would i go about
diagnosing it and sorting it out?
