The cleanest way to do this would be with a third-party boot
manager, e.g. XOSL (free!). It would let you install each OS
in its own partition, completely independently from each other
OS.
I recommend you play with XOSL on a workstation until
you're comfortable with it, then load your three server OSs.
Remember to back them up with an imaging tool when
finished!
