I would recommend you disable the license logging service on all Windows
servers on your network.
Track your EULA compliance another way.
This service is nothing but a pain to support.
Your servers will continue to service clients with the license service
disabled.
MS has totally abandoned this component.....Its disabled by default in
Windows Server 2003.
