You saw this the other day, have you checked this recently? I hope that when
you do that everything is fine. It can occur normally give the right
circumstances. Lets say you happen to run RSOP when the server is in the
process of updating group policy, the condition is normal in this scenario.
There are issues that are more serious and require your do diligence in
resolving. Check out "system and more importantly application event logs for
any issues. Look closely for GPO issues! Got to run and pick my daughter up!
