For a native Microsoft solution this would work if the 2K box had two NICs
and you installed RRAS, with a filter to allow VPN traffic to
pass through the external interface (which you would want to firewall).
You'll need to make a decision on whether to use a PPTP or L2TP type of VPN.
If you want to go with just one NIC or use a third-party solution or need
more details just let me know.
