Hi Scott,
At what level is Encryption level set on your Windows 2003 terminal server?
To check, open Start -> Run -> TSCC.MSC -> and click OK. Right click on
RDP-TCP and select properties. Check under Encryption (I think default is
high). Compare this with Windows 2000 server and set it the same (I would
only set it lower for testing. If it works with lover encryption level I
would then check if my client's encryption level can be e.g. upgraded with
High encryption pack)...
