Hi Lance,

best way would probably be to create backup using NTBackup and restore the
*.bkf file on new destination server... This will also preserve all
permissions.

Another options would be to use

xcopy

The problem with xcopy is that if xcopy does not have permissions on a
folder or file it will skip it while backup will backup everything as long
as user has backup operator or administrator permissions on t he computer.
