I was unable to get very far tonight with the server due to high demand by
our staff for access to it.
I did try all of the Add hardware methods to no avail. Yes the tape drive
and loader should show up seperately.
More on this later.
And no I usually do not buy software without trying it if possible. My
associate researched your product and was happy with the results and was
looking for exactly this type of product. Unfortunately I have tried to use
it on both of my XP pro machines with no luck. I have sent an email to
support to see if I can rectify this matter.
Thank for you attempt to assist me with my server and I look forward to you
helping me with your product. More later.
