Class\{6D807884-7D21-11CF-801C-08002BE10318} is for tape drives, while
    Class\{CE5939AE-EBDE-11d0-B181-0000F8753EC4} is for media changers.

As far as I understand, your LIB-D81 reports two SCSI devices - a tape drive
and a medium changer. The drivers for the changer are installed, the drivers
for the tape are not. Regardless of the drivers, the tape device must be
shown in the Device Manager. Just in case, click View in Device Manager and
select Show Hidden Devices. The tape drive must be displayed under either
Tape Drives or Other Devices, with a question mark in the latter case. If
it's not displayed at all, right-click the root node of the device tree and
select Scan For Hardware Changes. If the tape still doesn't show up, it must
    be a hardware problem.

Thank you. Do you buy software without trying it first?

    Cheers,
