I would use Acronis TrueImage. It works very nicely, it is aggressively
priced and it works on workstations as well as on servers. The advantage
of using an imaging product as opposed to ntbackup.exe is that you can
restore the image without having an operating system to start with. If you
use ntbackup.exe then you must have a working version of Windows for
the restoration process.
Note that you will need a drive other than your system drive to park
the image file on. For best results I recommend that you restore the
image file immediately to a spare disk and try it straight away. This
will give you the confidence that you can perform a restoration in an
emergency.
