Hi,

It'd definately a virus or spyware. You should implement a kind of
anti-virus and firewall solution for the network system of your organization.

A good one is norton's antivirus and internet security solution for
enterprise, pls access http://www.symantec.com to get more information.

Another good choice is CA's eTrust, visit http://www.ca.com for information.

Basicly, you should enable the Windows Firewall (Internet Connection
Firewall) Windows Server 2k3 provided before you have implemented third-party
firewall software. If the server is in a small office or organization, you
may choose the free Windows Firewall plus a third party antivirus software
for basic security protects.

Regards,
Nuo
