Remote Desktop Long Logoff Problems

I regularly connect from my XP machine to a remote server running 2003server.
The logon is quick, but the problems come when I try to logoff - it can take
up to 15mins and is usually around 10mins. It seems to get stuck during the
logging off... part of the logoff (if this makes sense), but once it has got
through this bit, the rest of the logoff (saving settings etc.) is almost
instantaneous. I've had a look around for any pointers, but so far haven't
had much luck. I use a roaming profile, and have tried using the hive clean
application - this worked on all but my 2003 servers - also it's not just me
who has problems other people (who are setup the same as me), get the same
errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
