Another thing you can do on your PC. Logon as administrator and run this

Start -> Run -> rsop.msc and click OK.

The process will check the permissions and group policies. It will list
which policy set certain setting ... e.g.
http://freeweb.siol.net/mpihler/rsop.jpg
