LLSUSER.LLS -- License Logging Service

I am trying to determine which users are using Client Access Licenses when
connecting to server resources. I have determined that the llsuser.lls file
contains user specific information.

My question would be how do I decipher the llsuser.lls file to determine
which users are using CALs?
