Actually, how dns and dhcp is not provided by a DDNS aware product.
How does that affect the process? Or in changing only one DC's IP
address at a time allow it to synchronize with the other two DCs. I
know if you have only one DC one can't just change the ip address. Is
this not a concern as long as you one DC with an unchanged IP address?
 Or is the active directory relying on the 2003 DC's DDNS and DHCP to
point to the changed DC access?

In other words, which is the critical process not to change when one
has two or more DCs none of which are running DDNS or Ms DHCP?
