I'm using autoexnt.exe (from 2003 resource kit) to run a program at startup.

1. Is there a way to force the program to be run in a minimized window?

2. Is there a way to have the cmd.exe window close after running the program. I
can close it by hand without closing the program, but it would be nice if it
closed itself.

3. What is the best way to insure that a program is shutdown properly upon
restart/shutdown? This one could take several minutes to shutdown?

Thanks in advance, Les Caudle
