WINS Warnings

Hi,

As I run netdiag on Windows Server 2003. I get the following warning,

NetBT name test ..... : Passed
[WARNING] At least one of the <00>'Workstation Service', <03>'Messenger
Service', <20>'WINS' names is missing

I check WINS on the local box (Exch2003),

ARKDOM [1ch] Domain Controller 192.168.33.4
ARKDOM [1Eh] Normal Group Name 192.168.33.4
[EXCH2003] [00h] Workstation 192.168.33.4 1F7
[EXCH2003] [20h] File Server 192.168.33.4 1F6

I tried adding the entries in WINS, but no option for Messenger Service
or WINS is offered? Can I safely ignore this?
