We have promoted an '03 E Server as our primary web server.

The IT staff is on 2k and we cannot manage the Event
Viewer remotely. Our normal operation is open Even Viewer
then 'connect to another computer'

When we try to access any of the four events, the error
reads:

"Unable to complete the operation on 'dns server', access
is denied"

Solutions please!

Thanks for any help!
