VSS Backup takes long time to backup any Alternative

Hi Guys,

Is there is any other way to take the VSS BACKUP. I have VSS .ssa about 3 GB
Data. It takes more than 24 hrs to backup all the phases. Is there is
anyother way to take the VSS Backup so that I can complete within one or 2
hrs the 3 GB data.

Early reply will be very much helpfull.
