Hello again,

The hosting company do not put on a firewall - I have
spoken to them.

In TCP/IP properties it obtains IP and DNS automatically.

There is no ICF enabled.

Cables, switches all fine.

When I ping default gateway it says Negotiating IP
Security.

When I run arp -a it shows the default gateway IP address.

I presume there is something in the IPSec that is
blocking it.

Tom
