Hi Pegasus,

Just habbit to be honest - we use loads of flavours of Linux and
Windows, and we settled on VNC.

Must admit I haven't bothered to look at Remote Desktop properly yet.
It does look a fair bit faster - I will probably have a look in the
next few weeks.

Re: security, it's only in house, so I'm not too worried about
security - however, if I do go outside the LAN, I tunnel it through
SSH - a bit strange to set up first time, but fairly simple once it's
done.
