I would like to be able to change certain options under
the complexity requirements. I want to make sure that
passwords meet all complexities such as capitalization,
numbers, letters, & special characters. Under the default
configuration, only three of the four have to be met. I
want all four. It would also be helpful to create a list
of passwords that no user can use.
