I upgraded my OS from Windows 2000 to Windoiws 2003. I
logon to the server as a local administrator with full
rights. I am having problem starting my remote registry
services and others also. I am not sure why this is
happening. I upgraded other servers and this is the
first time it happen. The error message: "Can not start
the remote registry service under local computer". I
reboot the machine in safe mode but I could not start the
services.

Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
