Networj queue VERY HIGH

Hello,

we have several WTS servers.
There are 2 nic's in these servers and the nic's are "Teamed" (load
balanced, 2gb)
Switch = 1gb 3COM 4900

I stil see that my network queue is very high.

What can be the problem ?
