Simone,
Microsoft if you need a proxy you will have to install ISA server. It's
Microsoft firewall and proxy service (you can install it just as proxy). In
this case you can also limit who has access to the internet and at what
times... (based on group membership).
My advice is if you decide to implement this solution to install it on
Windows 2003 and use ISA 2004.
You were not very clear what you need to log?
