You can add the domain users group to the power users group on any XP
machine which is joined to a domain. In order to do this you must be logged
on with a domain account which is a member of the local administrators group
on the machine - Or, you can also do this remotely through the Computer
Management Console by connecting to remote machines. I know of no way to do
this through Group Policy. You could probably write a script.
