I was thinking it might be a DOS attack because of not being able to use the
items that are being "installed." This happend to the CDROM without it being
uninstalled. I installed a 3rd physical drive w/o removing any of the
hardware that is in the machine, and I started getting that message. The
server is also not linking with one of the clients on the network, claiming
that the "Trust Relationship" (which exists between Domain Controllers) has
not been established. When I try to use the CDROM, I get an error message to
put a disk in the drive. In the explorer window it shows that the
non-present disk has an unrecognized file with a byte size of 0.

Thanks for your help. From what I can see, it is a service that simply
CHECKS for the logo approval. Will it prevent me from finding the
appropriate file once I have clicked continue? Isn't this simply the service
that puts the warning in front of me? When I search for the file I am
getting garbage. Would this be a symptom?

Thanks for your help,

Bill Q
