Terminal Server Profiles

Hello,
I have an issue where after a user changes their password
on a terminal server, they login to a brand new profile,
thereby losing all of the settings and files that resides
in their TS profile, which is stored on another server in
the environment.
The only work-around up to this point has been to reboot
the server, delete the local profile that was created
after the password change and have the user login again.
On this login the correct profile is used.
Is there a fix that you are aware of?
Thanks,
David Zimmerman
