We are a school with about 500 PCs, loads of rooms with printers and
loads of roaming users. We have just upgraded the whole school to
Server 2003 with XP Pro clients. Trying to get computers to
automatically pick up the correct shared printer.

Situation: Room called S20 has 20 PCs in it. We have shared the
printer and checked the 'List in directory' box. You can connect to
the printer when you log on and choose add printer, but we need this
to be done automatically.

How do you do this?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Richard
