You can upgrade both of those in place to Win2K3 and keep existing settings
and configuration, or introduce completely new boxes and introduce them into
the domain at their respective locations by promoting them to DCs and
transferring FSMO roles afterwards. Then you'll have to port the
applications over as well. The second option is a more costly, albeit
cleaner, and safer, solution.
