Hello,
WebDav is one option. But if you are looking for (Secure) FTP, you will need
a third-party application. The FTP Server included in IIS does not encrypt
the passwords.
You also have the option of using FrontPage.
Another option is a VPN connection, and then FTP (or some other file
transfer method).
