NTFS delete problem

Hi All,

I'm having a little trouble setting up NTFS permissions within a Share.

Share X contains several folders A to Z, folders A - Z contain several
folders themselves A - C.

Share X has read write permissions for my user group and full control
for admins. (share permissions) NTFS permissions are set to full for
admin, read for my user group and full for Creator Owner. No inheritable
permissions are set.

Folders A - Z contain the same NTFS permissions as the share. In
addition special permission for my usergroup is modify for subfolders
and files only.

Now whatever permissions i set on folders A - C within for example
Folder A is giving me headaches. Because i dont want A - E to be
deleted or Modified, changes within this directory can be made by
everyone in the allowed usergroup, but not the folders themselves, next
problem, if i delete a folder on the highest level, it says it cannot
delete folders A and A - C and thats what i want, but when i check all
the files in the subfolders A - C are deleted, I dont want that!!

So: Share X

            Folder A

                        Subfolder A
                        Subfolder B
                        Subfolder C

If i delete Folder A al the files and subfolders within subfolder A, B
and C are deleted, how can i prevent this without restricting my users
modify rigthts within these folders?

Any help appreciated,

Werner
