Hi,

Terminal Services is secure -- by default Windows 2003 Terminal Services use
128 bit encryption and you can raise it up to 140.

Citrix was here way before Terminal Services that came with Windows 2000.
There are other advantages of using Citrix like working over https (TCP port
443) while Terminal Services in Windows work over TCP port 3389.
Last thing that comes to my mind is secure authentication -- specially in
cases where you use Citrix from e.g. home or while on the road. It supports
two factor authentication - e.g. RSA SecureID or smart cards. Smart Cards
are also supported in Terminal Services since Windows 2003.

To summarize, Citrix can be also called ad-on for Windows Terminal Services.
Even if you install Citrix as a product it totally depends on Windows
Terminal Services.

I hope this helps,

Mike
