First, SBS should never be used as a terminal server in app mode for users -
and it can't be; SBS2003 supports only "remote desktop" for admin mode. You
ought to have a dedicated Terminal Services box for users...don't install
workstation apps on your SBS server, and don't let users log into it.

Second, I'm not sure why you have the other domain in place, but regardless,
why are the computers on that domain storing anything locally? Seems to me
they should all be storing data on the NT server.
