Cannot Join Win 2003 Domain

I have 30 Win XP Worksations which is member of
company.com with Windows NT 4.0.

I have setup a Windows 2003 STD server (SBS) setup it as
a domain controller-active directory company2.com.

The problem is I cannot join the XP workstations to Win
2003 Domain.

Error Message:

"A domain controller for the domain company2.com could
not be contacted."

Deatils:

Note: This information is intended for a network

this information, which has been recorded in the file
C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.

An error occurred when DNS was queried for the service
location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain
controller for domain tcl.com.ph.

The error was: "No DNS servers configured for local
system."
(error code 0x0000267C DNS_ERROR_NO_DNS_SERVERS)

The query was for the SRV record for
_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.tcl.com.ph
