ICF was first shipped with Windows XP, and is now also shipped with Windows
Server 2003. It does not exist in Windows 2000.
My recommendatation is that you use a third-party firewall. There are free
ones (for example ZoneAlarm, but i'm not sure if it will install on a server
OS), and there are others as well. You can also select a hardware firewall.
