IIS 6.0 failed to restart due to asp.net

Hello Guys,

Our Windows 2003 fail to restart each time when the IIS
recycle happen. The event viewer shows the following
message :

Event Source: ASP.NET 1.1.4322.0
Event Category: Setup
Event ID: 1024
Date: 7/17/2004
Time: 1:08:28 PM
User: N/A
Computer: RADIUS
Description:
Failed while restarting W3SVC. Error code: 0x8007041d

I have look through the event viewer and found the file
involve is aspnet_rc.dll

Any one have this error before ?
