You either need to add yourself to the Remote desktop users group on the
terminal server (local group), however if you are authenticating through a
2000 DC then create a new group in AD and edit the group policy on the
terminal server (local policy) Go to computer/windows/security\local
policies\user rights and assignments. Add yourself or the group you have
created to "Allow logon through TS". That should do the trick.
