Hello,

I assume that this happens when you run it from a network share, or mapped
drive, right? If so, try this:

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools->Internet Options
Click Security tab
Click "Local Intranet" and click Sites.
Click Advanced
Add the IP/computername

The computer needs to be in the Intranet Zone.
