Hi,
First try these on 2003:

http://www.visualwin.com/Sound-Ent/
If that doesn't help the situation, there is no way to install IIS 6.0 on XP
Pro...BUT, there *is* Virtual PC (www.microsoft.com/virtualpc) that will
allow you to run XP Pro as your "real" OS, then install 2003 on a guest
computer, that will run at the same time as your XP machine (but it will run
slower, etc, since XP AND 2003 will be running simultaneously). I'd check
out the 45-day trial and see if it does as you need
