Also from the recovery console, try this commands:

fixboot c:
chance to repair partition: good
chance to damage partition: small

fixmbr /?
Note:
  Use a device\disk as a parameter to this command.
  !!! Using device\disk\partition will cause data LOSS !!!
  ! Command is unsafe. Backup You disk, before You use it.
  * That means backup ALL partitions on the disk.
