All of the Intel Server adapters support "Adaptive Load
Balancing", which is what you're looking for. I've done
this with two "PILA8470C3 Intel Pro/ 100s Server
adapters". I picked them up at FRY's for 40.00, it was a
sale. I seen them on the web for under 80.00.
Here the specifics covering the features and the actual
card itself. They also support blended adaptive load
balancing. Say you have a gigabit and 100, you can not
only create rundandant nics and aggregate. Intel, they're
great!
Good luck!
