Do you then just copy it to the Documnets and Settings folder or ....?

Logon as a user with local admin rights, use the System application in
Control Panel (Advanced tab) to copy the profile to a network share. Don't
forget to change
the permission on who has the right to use the profile. Set the appropriate
profile path for the user.
