The BEST way to avoid that is to reinstall the Office 2003 app but choose
custom and then you get to another screen where you pick the stuff go to
"let me pick" or something like that.
What your looking for is the old school tree view of the office apps, when
you get there you want to go to the top and select "Run all local from my
computer" (or something like that) then deselect peaces you might not want.
What's going on it that the Office install is not fully there when you do
default installations so when the next user runs the app it tries to install
the peaces its missing and cant b/c they donšt have rights to do so.
Doing a TOTAL FULL install will make you avoid this.
Hope it helps,
