You can install adminpak.msi from the Win2k3 CD on WinXP Pro. Or get it at:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c16ae515-c8f4-47ef-a1e4-a8dcbacff8e3&DisplayLang=en

Won't work on Win2k Pro, but you can get most of the functionality by using
the Win2k adminpak.
