permission on folder (urgent)

We have the domain policy like, all the documents have to
saved in "my document" and which used to save in server.
One of user accidently edited the permission of his
folder, actually he checked all the boxes of deny for
user/domain. Now, that folder can not be accesses by
anybody, I mean not by him and not by administrator too.
Can you help me on this, how to access his "my document".
I tried to access his folder from server with
administrator right but could not open it.
