I did use the computer name in the executable path.
Basically, I am trying to use the same shortcut that I am
using on some XP workstations that we have.
This File Download dialog also appears when I try to run
any executable from a mapped drive. I tried changing the
Internet Options security settings, but that didn't work.
However, I don't think these settings should have any
affect on files on mapped drives.
Here is some more info about the setup:
This is a new server that I am going to use as a terminal
server. I have added it to my Active Directory domain,
and it has a static internal IP address. The DCs are
Windows 2000 servers.
