Since upgrading to Windows Server 2003, I get the warning "Some files could
harm your computer..." whenever I click on a shortcut VBSCRIPT file that
resides on a different server.

These include my main administrative scripts.

How can I turn this warning off, without lowering the level of security for
everyone else?
